ABOUT
HERO had its origin in 2008.
Or maybe it was long before then, when the then youngsters, who are now Hero staff members, were helping their mothers and fathers to improve their houses.
Over the years, we have had many experiences with thousands of clients and practical situations in many fields. Along the way Hero became a diverse group of people, all contributing experience, skills and innovation. Whilst also constantly being trained by our partners in all fields - engineers, architects and experts at our suppliers SIKA and Plascon.
Hero is an idea that we stand for - it is a complex organization striving to be contributing positively and therefore striving to be heroes to our society.
We have built our company around values and put systems in place to nurture these.
These are:
-
Customer orientation
-
Work pride
-
Responsibility and liability
-
Prosperity and growth of team members
-
Internal & external training is part of our DNA
-
Specialization forms part of many projects, where more than one specific skill is required, and team effort is paramount to combine the divergent skills seamlessly.
A company does not arrive at being good by claiming or even wanting to be good. Improving needs a constant sharpening of the pencils - learning and adjusting to the application of the latest technology and specialized products & designs that become available from suppliers and advisors. Our systems are focused on enhancing personal development, improving service delivery to clients, and creating practical solutions.
It is common knowledge that there is a tremendous shortage of pride in workmanship as well as knowledge & skills in the building industry.
We see it as a privilege to be able to bring solutions to the homes and offices of people.
Buildings are such an important part of people's life and wellbeing, but they also create many challenges when problems do arise.
