83 Beach Rd - Gordons Bay

​We transformed this beach side home into an 8-bedroom Airbnb for guests to enjoy.

Alot of work was done to make this property look refreshed and also increase functionality for guests.  Bathrooms were created so each section has their own.  The interior and exterior walls were patched up and painted.

​​

We painted the outside of the property all round to ensure that it has a lasting finish that looks great and is waterproof for years to come.

​

Some minor touch ups were done all over the property to ensure it matches the new aesthetic.

​

We also repaved the driveways that was falling apart due to age.

​​

On the roof we used numerous Sika products to ensure that there are no leaks for the future.
