Westside Unit 1 - Stellenbosch 

​We transformed this 2-bedroom flat into a beautiful Airbnb for guests to enjoy.

We removed the old wooden boards and installed a new concrete skim floor with a white polyurethane topcoat that looks very striking.  This floor is also very durable and makes it easy to clean spills or messes.  Ideal for a Airbnb.

The walls were patched up and painted to match the new floors.

We installed a new dishwasher and transformed the kitchen into an open plan area for more space.  We added a supporting pillar to ensure structural integrity.  A new light fixture was also added for better lighting.

The shower was completely rebuilt and waterproofed with a Sika solution to ensure longevity. 

​​

We replaced old windows and door locks to increase security and helped to source some of the furniture.

​

Our client was very satisfied and continued to use our assistance for her other properties.
